You definitely have a gift, and it was an encouragement to hear from you! I absolutely love photography ... ever since I can remember. I'm self taught, too, although, I am still in the learning stage, and haven't started a business, yet ... but I am working on a portfolio, and can't wait to get out there and capture those memories for others!
